What Should I Bring?
Your Bible and paper for notes
Hymn Books (Green & PTL)
Food items to share during Evening Fellowship time, e.g. Package of cookies, crackers, fruit, etc.
Linens and towels. Unless you have made prior arrangements at registration, bring twin sized sheets, pillows, pillowcases, a blanket (rooms are air conditioned), and towels
A travel clock with alarm
Musical Instruments
Sports Equipment: Bring your own softball equipment, soccer gear, volleyballs, frisbees, basketballs or any other sports equipment you may like to use during afternoon activities. NOTE: The school does not provide basketballs.
How Should I Dress?
Everyone is to wear appropriate and modest clothing, whether for classes, meals, assemblies, or recreational activities.
Parents and sponsors please check your child’s clothing beforehand to ensure that these expectations are met.
As the weather may be hot, pack light clothing (including shorts) for GLCBS classes and evening programs
Please bring some clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty! Events like Tie Dye & our *NEW* Service Project coordinated with Manchester U on Sunday afternoon (painting) WILL get messy!
Where Do I Register Upon Arrival?
Registration will be on Saturday, June 29th, in Jo Switzer Center Cafeteria from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. (Please note: EASTERN time Zone!). This is where you will be welcomed, pick up your name tags and school information, and receive your dorm room assignment(s).
How & Where & to Whom Do I Give My Donation?
GLCBS operates with your donations. They are tax deductible within the parameters of U.S. Income tax laws.

Additional Information
The first meal (dinner) will begin at 5:00 pm in the Jo Switzer Center Cafeteria (lower level).
There is a CVS and a small grocery store in North Manchester. The nearest Walmart is 20 minutes away. If you need supplies you may want to acquire them prior to arrival.
A shuttle is available from and to the Fort Wayne International Airport through the University.
Due to liability issues, the GLCBS Committee must respectfully say that the following equipment is not allowed on campus: skateboards, RipStiks, inline skates, and Razor scooters. Please direct any questions to your Committee.

GLCBS is meant to foster a spiritual atmosphere and emphasize family togetherness by:
Holding down the cost for the whole family to attend
Housing parents and children (17 years of age and under) in rooms near each other
Encouraging parental responsibility — where and what is my child doing right now?
Encouraging respect for the School regulations, to everyone’s benefit
